Knowledge of complete customer service.
Knowledge of Incoterms.
Coordination with overseas agents on daily basis for DAP& DDP Shipments.
Co-ordination with various department and provide the updated information / reports to the customer.
Handling the query of customers and internal team through mail & phone calls
Tracking the shipment regularly and updating to all the concerned parties.
Coordination with shipping line and co-loaders on regular basis.
Independently Handling pre-shipments and post-shipments documents.
Preparing Daily Shipment Report for regular tracking purpose.
Knowledge of rate quotation to customers in guidance of pricing & sales person
Compensation: 500,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
