We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Ltd in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry.
Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry.
Solid knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with UCV finance or motor finance is an added advantage.
The selected candidate will be working in Umaid Mansion, Dudu, Jaipur.
