We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Vijayawada, responsible for providing exceptional service to customers seeking secured business loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with micro LAP products.
Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to secured business loans.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and promote micro LAP products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify prospects to upsell and cross-sell other financial products to existing customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with micro LAP products is an added advantage.
Candidate should be ok with JD as per company requirements.
