About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Job Description - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.Help customers find the right tenant or property.Coordinate with customers and leads throughout the process.Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers when required.Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests.Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.Use internal tools to ensure a smooth customer experience. Eligibility - 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate / PostgraduateFreshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada OR English, Hindi & Telugu OR English, Kannada & Tamil.Laptop with webcam, stable internet connection, and power backup are mandatory.
