01Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and out calls from prospective customers seeking health insurance information.
Quickly establish rapport and gather key information to determine eligibility and interest.
Follow a scripted call flow to ensure accurate pre-qualification.
Ask screening questions and verify details (age, ZIP code, insurance status, etc.).
Transfer qualified and interested callers to licensed agents using internal call transfer systems.
Handle non-qualified calls with professionalism and follow the proper wrap-up process.
Accurately document call details and dispositions in the system.
Maintain compliance with all scripts, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards.
Earnings Potential
Earn up to $0.30 per customer interaction minute (CIM)
Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 39 minutes for each hour if logged in and available for the full 60 minutes.
Skills Needed
Excellent customer service skills needed to build rapport and assist customers.
Sales skills needed to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent.
Multi-tasking skills & attention to detail needed to engage with customers while navigating online systems.

Client hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am 6pm
Work Environment Requirements
Quiet, uninterrupted work space
Technology Requirements
Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download speed
Wired internet connection, like Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
Windows 11 operating system
Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apples Boot Camp utility.
