Handle inbound and out calls from prospective customers seeking health insurance information. Quickly establish rapport and gather key information to determine eligibility and interest. Follow a scripted call flow to ensure accurate pre-qualification. Ask screening questions and verify details (age, ZIP code, insurance status, etc.). Transfer qualified and interested callers to licensed agents using internal call transfer systems. Handle non-qualified calls with professionalism and follow the proper wrap-up process. Accurately document call details and dispositions in the system. Maintain compliance with all scripts, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. Earnings Potential Earn up to $0.30 per customer interaction minute (CIM) Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 39 minutes for each hour if logged in and available for the full 60 minutes. Skills Needed Excellent customer service skills needed to build rapport and assist customers. Sales skills needed to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent.
