Job Summary
The selected candidates would assist the Operations Coordinator in handling inbound telephonic, email & social media-based queries of the company's clients (teachers & students), with the aim to resolve issues in conjunction with the technical team. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of the company's clients (teachers & students)Resolve issues in conjunction with the technical team.Cross-sell / up-sell to the company's existing clients (teachers), under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator.Maintain relevant databases and generate MIS as required for analysis.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.Ability to listen, empathize and analyze.Good problem-solving and 'people' skills.Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its product & services.
