Manage customer relationships, order management & shipment tracking. Coordinate warehousing, transportation & FTZ operations, resolve customer issues, ensure documentation compliance, prepare MIS/SLA reports, and drive service improvements.
Required Candidate profile
1015 yrs in Customer Service/Client Servicing/KAM.
Experience in Chemical Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation or Supply Chain.
Knowledge of FTZ, Customs, ERP and strong stakeholder management.
