Title: Telecaller/ Tele sales/ BDE
Location: Porur, Chennai
Time: 9.30am to 6pm
We are looking for a Tele-caller who is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and support sales activities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databasesHandle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiriesExplain company products/services clearly and professionallyGenerate and qualify sales leads for the sales teamNeed to convert the qualified leads, Daily reports has to be shared with team leadMaintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM or database.Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate - UG6months - 2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer supportExcellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, dialing systems)Customer-focused and positive attitudeInterested candidate share CV to placements@newtron.in
Compensation: Up to 20,000.00 per month
