Designation: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Educational Qualification
We are looking for candidates with any of the following qualifications:
- BCA / MCA
- B.Tech / M.Tech
- B.Sc IT / BE Computer
- B.Com / M.Com
- LLB
- Any equivalent graduate degree
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers/clients at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer/client inquiries.
- Communicate with customers/clients through various channels including calls, emails, and chat.
- Acknowledge customer/client concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Understand company products and services thoroughly to answer customer questions effectively.
- Maintain records of customer/client interactions, comments, transactions, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and colleagues whenever required.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
- Comfortable using computers and customer support tools.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior customer service/support experience will be an added advantage.
