As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a customer-first approach.Your responsibilities will include answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner, resolving customer issues effectively, maintaining customer records, updating databases, processing orders, returns, and service requests, as well as following up with customers for feedback and support.This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
