Customer Service Associate International Voice Process
Work Location: Malad, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off | Night Shifts
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for an international banking process.
Assist customers with account, card, transaction, and service-related queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Follow banking processes, compliance guidelines, and data-security procedures.
Maintain excellent communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Strictly for Freshers who graduated in 2025 or 2026.
Only for candidate who are in mumbai(no relcoation)
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable interacting with international customers over voice.
Comfortable working rotational and night shifts.
Good customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
