About the Role
We are seeking a Thai-speaking Team Member to support a global financial services process focused on money transfer and remittance services. The role involves handling customer inquiries, transaction support, and issue resolution for Thai-speaking customers across voice,
chat, and/or case-based channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions (calls) in Thai and English related to money transfer transactions, account issues, and general inquirie
Accurately document case details, including reason/sub-reason selection, transaction descriptions, and reference numbers, per process guidelines
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to transaction status, delays, fees, and disputes
Escalate complex or sensitive cases (e.g., fraud, compliance concerns) to the appropriate team
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets
Stay current on process updates, taxonomy changes, and compliance requirements
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for customer information Required Qualifications
Fluent Thai speaker with solid English communication skills (verbal)
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory)
Robust attention to detail, especially around documentation and compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven workplace
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays if required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in remittance, banking, or money transfer services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
