Summary : We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a reputed Banking Process in a BPO environment. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role will also involve identifying relevant customer needs and promoting or upselling suitable banking products and services while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
