Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage relationships with existing customers through regular outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and identify opportunities for additional services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with a neutral/American accent, be comfortable working in the US shift, and possess a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in CRM.
Follow up consistently to improve customer retention and overall experience.
Meet customer satisfaction and account growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
13 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, telecalling, or customer success.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/American accent.
Robust relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer accounts.
Willingness to work US Eastern Time (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST).
