TeamLease Services Limited is seeking a Senior Executive for the Customer Success Group to manage end-to-end payroll operations, client relationships, and statutory compliance within the staffing division. Key Responsibilities Process offer letters and ensure accurate employee onboarding documentation. Manage full and final settlements (FnF) for exiting associates accurately. Handle payroll inputs including LOP, RLOP, earnings, deductions, and salary revisions. Independently manage payroll operations for 10 to 15 assigned client accounts. Maintain compliance and basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and LWF. Follow up proactively with clients for monthly payroll inputs, invoices, and clarifications. Resolve client and associate queries within established Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics. Generate official letters including experience, relieving, warning, and termination letters. Calculate gratuity, statutory bonuses, and other employee separations accurately. Prepare periodic MIS reports and maintain payroll audit trails. .
