About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.Understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective solutions.Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure successful product and service adoption.Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, and processes.Monitor customer health, engagement, and success metrics.Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and support performance.Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve loyalty and long-term relationships.Ensure timely renewal of customer contracts and subscriptions to maintain continuity of service.Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.Sales experience is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.Customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.Experience with CRM tools and customer management systems is preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Interested candidates can share their resume at: hr.support@bizfoc.in
