We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can wear multiple hats strategist, marketer, designer's eye, and client partner.
You'll be the bridge between our clients and the creative engine ensuring every campaign, content piece, and ad truly delivers success. From shaping marketing strategies to refining designs and optimizing campaigns, you'll take full ownership of client satisfaction and performance outcomes.
Understand client objectives deeply and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
Oversee execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing.
Contribute to B2B lead generation strategies and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure every asset looks and performs like a winner.
Create, edit, and review content to align with client expectations and brand identity.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively suggest improvements.
23 years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing roles.
A strong sense of design, content, and creative direction.Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning, and campaign analytics.Experience with B2B lead generation, paid ads, and cross-platform marketing.Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.Based in Chennai (remote-friendly, but Chennai-based candidates preferred).You'll work directly with growing brands and creative teams, helping clients see real results while shaping strategies that make a difference. .
