Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead customer onboarding sessions and ensure smooth product or service implementation.
• Understand customer goals and provide strategic guidance to maximize product adoption and business value.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with sales, product, technical support, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Conduct regular business reviews, product demonstrations, and customer success meetings.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and success metrics using CRM platforms.
• Prepare customer success reports, renewal forecasts, and account performance summaries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
