Customer Success | AppX Job Location: Sec-63, Noida. Experience: 0.6-2 Years Compensation: Max CTC Up to 35K Per Month (Depending upon the last drawn and total experience) Mode: Work from Office Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager at AppX (YC S21). The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
