We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market.
This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channelsUnderstand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activitiesBuild strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience
Requirements
12 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordinationExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsComfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emailsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hoursBasic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferredExperience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantage
