01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- Fluent English language skills (spoken) with excellent communication abilities.
- 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process setting.
- Strong understanding of US voice process procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules). .
