We are looking for an energetic, versatile, and highly articulate Customer Support & Telemarketing Specialist to join our team . Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Support Provide polite, efficient, and timely functional support to our clinic users via phone, email, and chat.Guide clinic staff (dentists, receptionists, and administrators) through software usage, navigation, and routine troubleshooting (e.g., appointment scheduling, billing, patient record entry).Log customer issues accurately, escalate complex technical bugs to the technical team, and follow up to ensure full resolution.Help onboard new clinic users by conducting basic online training or walkthrough sessions.2. Telemarketing & Lead Generation Perform outbound cold/warm calls to prospective dental colleges and major institutions across target regions.Connect with key stakeholders (Department Heads, Deans, IT Directors, and Procurement Officers) to introduce Dentsoftwares specialized college module.Pitch value propositions, identify key decision-makers, and qualify interest.Schedule product demonstration calls for our senior sales/product team.Maintain clean records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the internal CRM.Requirements & Qualifications Skills & Experience Experience: 02 years of experience in Customer Support, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Business Development (SaaS/Software or Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus).Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in additional regional languages like Hindi or Malayalam is highly beneficial).Technical Aptitude: Quick to understand software platforms and explain features clearly to non-technical end-users.Problem Solving: Patient, active listener with strong customer service orientation.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceWork Location: In person .
