We're hiring a Customer Support Associate to handle customer interactions for a D2C apparel brand. This role suits someone in the early part of their support career who wants ownership and room to grow with the brand.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Resolve order, delivery, and product-related queries
- Coordinate with internal teams to close issues quickly
- Keep every interaction calm, clear, and qualified
Who should apply
- 0 to 3 years of customer support experience. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
- You must be comfortable with both English and HIndi.
- Patient, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Willing to learn new tools and follow a defined process
