We're hiring a Customer Support Associate to handle customer interactions for a D2C apparel brand. This role suits someone in the early part of their support career who wants ownership and room to grow with the brand.
What you'll do
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Resolve order, delivery, and product-related queries
Coordinate with internal teams to close issues quickly
Keep every interaction calm, transparent, and qualified
Who should apply
0 to 3 years of customer support experience. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
You must be comfortable with both English and HIndi.
