Job Title: Customer Support Associate 

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (BPO / BFSI)
• Excellent communication
• Basic understanding of stock market or financial services preferred

Age: 18 to 35 years

Shift & Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour rotational shift)
• 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary:

19,900 21,500 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure service quality, accuracy, and timely resolution
