What Youll Do
Manage customer relationships across 3 global geographies
Handle customer queries through calls, email & chat
Resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
Follow up with customers and drive engagement & retention
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Maintain customer information and updates in CRM
What Were Looking For
03 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales or Account Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with international customers
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
