1. Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing operational support. 2. Ensure customer expectations, targets, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. 3. Use customer tools and adhere to customer-defined processes and procedures. 4. Handle and manage all incoming customer requests efficiently. 5. Monitor and manage request backlogs to ensure timely resolution. 6. Address customer queries, requests, and complaints received through written and verbal channels. 7. Identify, propose, and support the implementation of process improvements. 8. Keep customers informed of progress and updates throughout the resolution process. 9. Maintain effective communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
