- Salary: 18,000–30,000 Take Home + CTC + 5k fixed variable

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilties
- Handle customer service requests via email.
- Provide customer support using CRM/support tools.
- Follow up on unresolved customer queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Handled escalation calls.
