Coordinates efficiently with Sales and Operations teams.
Demonstrates ownership, discipline, and accountability in daily work.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, inside sales, digital marketing support, or similar roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
