Key Responsibilities
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience providing Online Support and managing interactions through email, chat, or other digital platforms
- Capability to diagnose and resolve Technical Support issues effectively
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM tools and support ticket systems is a plus
- Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is advantageous
