01Requirements
- Previous experience in an international BPO voice process.
- Strong spoken English and transparent pronunciation.
- Ability to understand UK or US accents.
- Experience handling customers over the telephone.
- Good listening, questioning and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence when discussing sensitive or financial matters.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications.
- Ability to enter customer information accurately while speaking on calls.
- Comfortable working according to UK/USA campaign timings.
- Able to work from our Patna office.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
