About the Role
This position is for a blended process, requiring adaptability and strong customer interaction skills.
Shift Structure: 9-hour shifts with rotational timings.
Working Days: 5 or 6 days per week.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Undergraduates and Graduates are welcome.
Experience: Both freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Must possess strong communication skills.
Compensation
For Freshers: 11,300 - 16,500 per month, plus a potential Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) of up to 2,000.
