Role Summary
As an Insurance Advisor, youll engage with customers via voice calls, offering expert guidance on Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products. Your responsibilities will include:
Explaining insurance products clearly and confidently
Resolving customer queries with professionalism
Driving customer satisfaction and sales outcomes
Who Should Apply
We welcome candidates who meet the following criteria:
Graduate degree (mandatory)
Fluent in English and Hindi
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in insurance sales is a strong advantage
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Willing to work on-site from our Pune office
