Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in a prompt and professional manner.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information or escalate to the relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolutions.
Document customer interactions in internal tools and follow standard operating procedures.
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, and Quality.
Meet performance KPIs like First Response Time, Resolution Rate, CSAT scores, etc.
Who Were Looking For
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 13 years in customer support (Voice/Chat/Email) preferably in tech/SaaS/consumer apps
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Problem-solving attitude with a calm and empathetic demeanor
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools or platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
