Job Role: Customer Support Executive Banking Sales / Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to banking products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Promote relevant banking products and convert customer interactions into sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned individual sales and performance targets.
- Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and processes.
- Maintain high customer service and interaction quality standards.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow all banking policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Language Requirements
Candidates must have valuable English communication skills along with any one of the following combinations:
- English + Telugu + Hindi
- English + Tamil
- English + Kannada
- English + Malayalam
