Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Provide relevant information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
Salary & Incentives
- Freshers: 12,800 per month + incentives.
- Experienced: 15,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives as applicable.
