Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Support Executives to join our growing E-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products and services, generating customer interest, and assisting in customer acquisition. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, offers, and services over the phone.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
- Encourage customers to complete purchases and avail ongoing promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily call targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company communication guidelines and sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any 12th pass or Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BBM, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Kannada and other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
