Handle merchant queries through calls, emails & WhatsAppResolve issues related to POS machines, transactions & settlementsConduct welcome calls and guide merchants on product usageFollow up on complaints and ensure timely resolutionEducate merchants about offers and campaignsPromote additional services (Upselling/Cross-selling)Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions*Required Skills:*
Good communication skills in English & Hindi / Kannada ,Hindi & English/ Tamil, Hindi & EnglishCustomer handling and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage high call volumesBasic knowledge of POS, UPI & digital paymentsCRM/Ticketing system knowledge is an added advantage*Eligibility:*
Minimum 12th PassAge below 35 yearsPay: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
