Customer Support Executive- Freshers

Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. Provide technical support and execute troubleshooting tasks effectively. Analyze customer feedback and problem-solve proactively to improve the support lifecycle. Maintain a high standard of communication and rapport to build trust with users. Track and report daily support metrics to ensure consistent delivery and service quality. Adapt quickly to customer needs and work collaboratively to meet performance targets.

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in support or fast-paced environments is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
