Salary: 18,000 to 26,500/M
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist Gwalior customers with their queries and concerns.Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints effectively.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.Meet performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and response time.
Requirements
Any Graduates from Gwalior.Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in locallanguage[ Hindi and English.Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
