Customer Support Executive International Voice Process | Hyderabad

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process with a leading MNC in Hyderabad.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer interactions, understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through international voice calls.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Achieve assigned productivity and quality parameters.

• Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• 12th Pass or above.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
