01Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and technical support for hardware, software, OS, internet, and networking issues.
- Install software, troubleshoot system problems, and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Process shipments, returns, work orders, and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts for dispatches and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with packaging and carrier guidelines.
- Meet performance targets (KPI/MPS) and maintain punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
- Call center or customer support experience is an advantage.
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge required.
Compensation: 300,000.00 - 650,000.00 per year
