Approx. 39,800 In-Hand
Performance Incentives: 5,000 15,000 per month

10-Hour Shift (9 Hours Productive + 1 Hour Break)
5 Days Working

Role & Process
You will be working in a US Banking Customer Support Process, handling customer queries through both voice and chat channels.

Process Split:
70% Voice Support
30% Chat Support

Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting productivity and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 Months International BPO Experience is Mandatory
Fluent English Speaking Skills are Mandatory
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Graduate and Undergraduate Candidates are Eligible
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred
