• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to achieve process targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Intermediate and above.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills in English && Hindi.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (only day shifts for female employees).
