We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a full-time remote role. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving basic queries, and providing a smooth support experience via calls, chat, or email. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and possess a problem-solving attitude.
Freshers or candidates with prior BPO or customer support experience are welcome to apply.
RequirementsMust be a graduate from any field
Excellent communication skills in English (No MTI/RTI)
Prior experience in BPO or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
Must have a personal laptop and headset
Comfortable with working independently from home
Strong basic computer skills
