GDS & Corporate Travel Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end travel reservations and ticketing processes.Create and manage PNRs using GDS systems.Perform ticketing, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and reissues.Handle corporate travel requirements and provide B2B travel support.Manage customer and corporate travel queries efficiently.Ensure accuracy and compliance while processing travel bookings and transactions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of relevant GDS experience.Experience in ticketing and corporate travel handling.Candidate must be a graduate.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of GDS is preferred.Strong end-to-end GDS knowledge, including:PNR Creation & Booking
Ticketing
Refunds & Cancellations
Exchanges & Reissues
Corporate Travel Handling
Prior experience in TMC / B2B Travel Support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with strong exposure to multiple GDS functions and hands-on experience in corporate travel operations will be preferred.
