  Job Summary

  We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, orders, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
  • Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Follow up on order status, production schedules, and deliveries.
  • Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
  • Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports related to orders, customer queries, and pending deliveries.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

  Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing/order-processing procedures will be an advantage.
