PositionCustomer Support Executive Chat & Voice
Location: Hubballi, Karnataka
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Languages: English + Hindi + Kannada preferred
Salary: 12,000 15,000/month

Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through chat and voice
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Resolve issues professionally and within the required time
Follow up with customers when required
Maintain customer interaction records
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain chat and voice support quality standards
Requirements Any Degree
Good communication skills
Comfortable with both chat and voice support
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-friendly attitude
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
Freshers are welcome to apply
