Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

- Strive to resolve issues in the first interaction whenever possible
- Adhere to company policies, call quality standards, and processes
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate degree
- Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience
- Language Skills: Good spoken communication in both English and Hindi
- Comfortable working in a day-shift environment
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
