1. Customer Support for a Healthcare Voice Process (Night shift & Rotational offs).
2. Resolve queries of patients (customer) by being empathetic and sympathetic.
3. Handholding and guiding the customers patiently throughout the call by being courteous.
4. Meet the Quality standards of the process and meet the SLAs.
Compensation: Up to 41,000.00 per month
